Cebu Chorizo, also known as Longganisa Cebuano, is a celebrated Filipino sausage originating from Cebu City. Unlike Spanish chorizo, the Cebuano version is sweet, garlicky, and deeply aromatic. At Jenmuel’s, our chorizo is made in-house using a traditional recipe brought from Cebu — the same recipe our founders grew up with.
Our Cebu Chorizo is served as part of our menu and is also available as a frozen retail product, so you can enjoy authentic Cebuano sausage at home. Find it at our Euclid Ave and McPhillips St locations in Winnipeg.
